Our products comply with EU Regulations n°1307/2013 and n°1308/2013, as well as delegated Regulation n°639/2014, and Regulation n°1234/2023 which sets the maximum authorised THC threshold at 0.3% using the communautary calculation method. A THC content not exceeding 0.3% grants free circulation rights across the entire European Union territory.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is an official document issued by an independent ISO 9001 certified laboratory confirming the exact cannabinoid composition of a batch — including THC level, THCa, CBD, CBN, residual solvents, pesticides, and heavy metals. Every NSC product ships with its COA. It is your proof of legal compliance and product quality.

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the raw, acidic precursor to THC found naturally in the cannabis plant. In its unheated state, THCa is not classified as a narcotic. It converts to THC through decarboxylation — the application of heat. Our products are formulated to remain strictly below the 0.3% THC threshold in their as-sold state, as verified by independent lab analysis.

We cannot make any guarantees regarding drug testing outcomes. THCa converts to THC upon heating and may produce metabolites detectable by standard drug screenings. If you are subject to drug testing of any kind, we strongly advise against using our products.

We exclusively sell vapes — pens, 510-thread cartridges (0.5g and 1g), and disposables (1g). Every product is formulated from THCa isolate, CBD distillate, CBN, and natural terpenes. No fillers, no cutting agents.

All NSC cartridges use the universal 510-thread connection. Any standard 510 battery will work. We recommend variable voltage batteries set between 2.4V and 3.2V for the best experience with our extract.

No. We do not use Vitamin E acetate, PG, PEG, MCT oil, or any cutting agents. Our cartridges contain only hemp-derived THCa extract and naturally occurring terpenes.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Contact us via the contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.
